She was hired as the new Manager.
She was so strong in her words. She even wanted to challenge the norms.
Confident and full of energy kind of woman as she portray. I really don’t know why
she was hired as a Manager, she was so poor in simple mathematics. She shouts
at her staff because she doesn't understand how to get the formula, the basic
of how to get the percentage? She wanted that her staff will teach the methods.
The simple method of Division, Multiplication, Addition and subtraction plus
the simple tools of converting figures to whatever!!! Where in the world this “Manager”
came from and graduated? Shouting for no reason was not a good measure to
handle people. What a disgrace that the Manager shouted because she doesn't know
the formula? Because she wanted that her staff will teach her how! And because
she was the so called “manager” the staffs were the “slaves”? You don’t even
belong to the Jungle.
Perhaps learn how to be a good manager
first before entering into the arena of Executives. Managers in the company must learn how to respect people below her
or him to gain respect. Remember the word “Teamwork”. They are humans not
animals.
